Processing

Each candle is made per order, so that means each candle is made just for you.  This allows for personal customizing without waste.  While most orders can and will be processed within 24-48 hours after receiving payment, please allow 3-5 days for processing before shipping, especially for large or bulk orders.

Shipping & Handling

Skyye Lights now ships to Canada and Puerto Rico.

All orders under 10 lbs are shipped USPS Priority, unless you choose Express.  I do not offer Parcel Post through USPS.  All orders over 10 lbs will be shipped UPS Ground unless you choose a faster method.  Please keep in mind if you choose Next Day, etc. that means AFTER your order has been processed, which can take 1-5 days, depending on size of order.  There is also an automatic $5.00 handling charge added into shipping for all orders.

No matter what method you choose, you always pay what the amount shows at checkout.  I will NOT go back later and change shipping charges to your credit card.  In the unlikely event that the shipping charges are LESS than what was charged to you, I will refund the difference after contacting you.

In the hot summer months of July and August, I will only be shipping Monday thru Wednesday so that your order is not sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend, potentially ruining your candles.  This is done to insure the quality of your candle upon arrival.
